This film was originally produced for the NAHT conference, May 2008. Well worth spending 5 minutes to look at it!

 

It shows how and why two NW schools are using a global dimension in their teaching and learning. It is also going to be broadcast on TV:

Education Now! is a new television show intended for people who work in Higher and Further Education (colleges and universities) as well as anyone with an interest in these areas. This might include parents/caregivers and students of all ages. The shows will feature news and views from the world of education and showcase the latest developments from colleges, universities and other educational bodies. Ourfilm will feature for one week (Mon - Fri) 12.30pm & 18.30pm and a late night viewing at 00.30am on Sky 539 and Virgin TV 233 - week commencing 3rd November 2008.
